MyAccount Release 90

We've just shipped a new release of MyAccount (90 "Dog Swamp"), with a strong focus on making life easier for our partners. This update brings personalised partner discount pricing into the portal, expands multi-currency support, and rolls out a range of fixes and refinements across the platform. Here's what's new:

Partner discount rate cards, built into MyAccount

The headline change for our partners is the new Discount Rate Card. Partners can now view their personalised discount rate card under a new Discounts tab on their account page. More importantly, those discounts now flow through the entire purchasing journey, accurate discounted pricing is shown throughout the product catalogue, the cart, and the order summary. No more cross-referencing a separate rate sheet. The price you see is the price you pay, everywhere it matters.

Multi-currency support

Customers with USD or NZD billing accounts can now log into MyAccount and view their invoices and account details which extends portal access to more of our international customers.

Domain delegation

Domain Delegation subscriptions now include an "Edit DNS" action button that takes you straight to the DNS Admin portal, with seamless single sign-on. Managing your DNS is now one click away.

Simtex Voice Portal

A new Voice Operator role. We've added a restricted user role for voice portal users who need to manage call forwarding and view VoIP subscriptions, without granting access to billing or account management functions.

Improved SSO. VoIP Account Access users now receive the correct portal permissions automatically, without needing to log into MyAccount first.
